Originally, the pre-construction phase is connected with strategic planning of the project, developing a design, obtaining permits, engineering and assembling the supplies and labor. It serves as the roadmap of the future project.
This stage includes grading the property, digging or drilling for a foundation and footings, developing a driveway for deliveries and subs, drilling wells and bringing underground utilities to the site, constructing a concrete foundation.

Rough framing

Rough framing is the skeleton, the building's most essential construction element. It is used to give a building structural support and silhouette.

Exterior construction

This stage involves installing exterior windows, doors, siding, roofing, brick or plasterwork and everything that is contained in the drawings.

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

These three technical spheres are the part of the system that influences the living conditions. MEP installations are tightly interconnected that’s why they are generally designed together. This complex approach also helps to avoid such conflicts as clashes when mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are planned separately.

Finishes and fixtures. Landscape.

This stage is for interior and landscape works and includes door installation, floor, wall and ceiling works, fixture installation as well as works for a landscape and swimming pool.
